GiftDeals.io is an affiliate deal aggregation website that curates and displays gift card deals, discounts, promotions, and related content from various third-party retailers and service providers. Our primary service is to help users discover savings opportunities on gift cards and related products.

GiftDeals.io does notsell gift cards directly. We do not process payments, fulfill orders, or act as a retailer. When you click a link to a third-party merchant and make a purchase, the transaction occurs entirely on that merchant’s website and is governed by their terms and policies. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through our affiliate links (see Section 5).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KOODO TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total affiliate commissions earned from your activity on the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KOODO TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Arab Emirates is the country in which KOODO TECHNOLOGY L.L.C is registered and operates.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules then in effect.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a party has acted in bad faith or frivolously.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We may also provide additional notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Site. By continuing to access or use the Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.
