No Direct Sales

GiftDeals.io does not process payments, fulfill orders, or ship products. When you click on a deal or affiliate link on our site, you are redirected to a third-party merchant or retailer. Any transaction, including purchases, cancellations, returns, and refunds, is governed by that merchant or retailer's own policies.

Gift Card Returns

Gift card return policies vary by issuer and retailer. In general:

• Digital gift cards are typically non-refundable once delivered, as the code or balance is immediately accessible.
• Physical gift cards may be returnable under the retailer's standard return policy, often within 30 days of purchase.
• Third-party gift card marketplaces may have their own return windows and conditions.

We recommend reviewing the return policy of the specific merchant or marketplace before completing any purchase.

Cancellations

Since we do not process transactions directly, cancellation requests must be directed to the merchant or retailer where the purchase was made. GiftDeals.io cannot cancel or modify orders placed through third-party sites.

If you encounter an issue with a purchase made through a link on our site, please contact the merchant directly. Most retailers have customer service teams that can assist with order issues, refunds, and chargebacks.

If you believe a deal or merchant featured on GiftDeals.io is fraudulent or misrepresented, please contact us so we can investigate and remove the listing if necessary.

Affiliate Commission Refunds

In some cases, affiliate commissions earned by GiftDeals.io may be clawed back by the affiliate network if a purchase is refunded or cancelled. This is standard industry practice and is handled entirely by the affiliate network, not by us.
